There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be. That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
There are times when people disappoint you and let you down, but those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself and all that you are capable of.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are, So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be, because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
Really…words are the verbal embodiment of power…..
Have a look at this below quote from Great Indian Philosopher...Patanjali.
“When you are inspired
By some great purpose,
Some extraordinary project,
All your thoughts break their bonds:
Your mind transcends limitations,
Your consciousness expands in every direction,
And you find yourself in a new,
Great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, facilities and talents
Become alive, and you discover yourself
To be a greater person by far
Than you ever dreamed
Yourself to be.”
" Truly there are no mistakes in life,
but only lessons.
There is no such thing as a negative experience,
but only
Opportunities to grow,
learn and advance along the road of self mastery."

Yesterday, once again I had a chance to watch great ROCKY…movieJ…dunno howmany times i seen this..ha ha!
As usual, always recharges me…though sounds like cliché but that’s the truth...I just love it.
Bythway, I just wanna post my all time most favorite dialogue till now….ofcourse, undoubtedly that’s again from movie...ROCKY againJ… These are words..Stalone says to his son,
It inspires me somuch ….Here it goes…
“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that”
Recently i come across one such article which is thought provoking! and gives real insight how great writing can inspire.
Here i'm sharing the same....
A seeking aspirant would, in the enthused progress towards his chosen objective, also obtain nature’s support for coping with, and even bypassing, various impediments and discouraging factors from within and without. He could also obtain the needed strength and guidance, where necessary, from great pieces of writings and literature, depending upon his own mental make up and requirements.
Even with the best of efforts and intentions, the aspirant is bound to feel that his progress has been stonewalled. He would, in such a situation, do well to remember that in pursuit of all forms of excellence, a plateau is often reached and that the needed changes and progress could be taking place within, for all these to flower forth at the appropriate time.
He could then take that it’s only when we climb upwards that the “strain begins to tell on us, when the breath comes short”. One who finds things easy could merely be drifting, “just freewheeling easily along a level road”, making no real progress to the top.Indeed, these concluding lines of the poem Don’t Quit are also highly relevant;
“And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit-
It’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit”.
The concept of work without motive would thus naturally be translated into practice, by the true seeker, who would find that the very work and attempt are a kind of fun, rewarding by themselves. He would simply be amused by apparent impediments, in the spirit of these lines of Ella Wheeler Wilcox:
“It is easy enough to be pleasant,
When life flows along like a song;
But the man worthwhile is the one who will smile
When everything goes dead wrong”.
This, therefore, is the process of perseverance, persistence and patience (the three Ps necessary for all progress), done with a willing, truly joyful smile, as if inspired by H W Longfellow’s lines:“Let us, then, be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate;
Still achieving, still pursuing,
Learn to labour and to wait”.
Never intimidated or stooping to conform or compromise, the audacious adventurer would naturally have translated these lines of this great poet also into real practice:
“In the world’s broad field of battle,
In the bivouac of life,
Be not like dumb, driven cattle!
Be a hero in the strife!”
Innumerable, doubtless, are various pieces of great literature, which abound all over to guide us all in our way!Anyone who undertakes a venture in any field of human excellence is bound to face not merely difficulties but often also frustration and even ridicule or lack of support, extending itself to a situation of his not even being noticed, let alone being approved. He, who having undertaken this journey after having analytically comprehended his true capacities and talents in the chosen field, would find strength from these lines of the poem Don’t Quit:
“When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
Rest, if you must — but don’t quit”.
Indeed tough times don’t last but tough people do. Failures and repeated failures, besides instances of discouragement and repeated discouragement, should be met with repeated attempts and renewed courage. This concept is epitomised by the incident concerning King Robert Bruce, who after many defeats in war, on observing a spider repeatedly attempting to make its web till it succeeded, recoups and marshals his forces again for the final and successful battle. These lines of ‘Don’t Quit’ are, thus, doubtless not mere theoretical rhetoric:
“Don’t give up, though the pace seems slow – You might succeed with another blow”.
The intelligent seeker would also see through the vain boasts of the shallow and the overconfident. He would realise the force in Henry Thoreau’s observation: “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation”. It is a pity that, very often, even the intelligent are overawed by sheer glitter and make-believe, as were the many terrified onlookers, in that didactic story, who stood rooted ‘appreciating’ the ‘thin’ robes of the ‘king emperor’, until a mere child exclaimed, “Why is the emperor naked?”
Not seeing any light at the end of what may appear an unending tunnel, the truly courageous would know how, as noted by the poem, often “success is failure turned inside out” and about those tragic cases where “often the struggler has given up/When he might have captured the victor’s cup/And he learned too late, when the night slipped down,/How close he was to the golden crown”.
The path to excellence, “Don’t ever quit”!
Life Skills
As we grow older we learn more about how to deal with life. When we are young we learn as we go along. Sometimes, however, we fail to learn as well as we should, and that can have a negative effect on our well-being.
There are a number of “natural” rules that can help all of us to manage life, with all its excitement, stresses, and trauma. If you haven’t automatically learned all of these natural rules, it might be worth looking at these basic ground rules and practicing the ones that you need help with.
Life is made up of good and bad events.
It is important not to personalize bad events, but accept them as just part of everyday living.
Some basic ground rules:
- Everything changes. No matter what your situation is now, it will change. There’s nothing you can do, so accept that change is inescapable.
- Stop trying to be perfect. Accept that we’re human beings, full of faults and foibles.
- Take responsibility. It’s no one’s fault that you’re the way you are. If you take responsibility, you can take positive steps to change anything you consider needs changing and get on with your life.
- Stop demanding. Allow life to work around you rather than trying to bludgeon it into submission.
- Where are you rushing to get to? Life is not a destination, it’s a journey. The more you rush through it, the sooner you get to the end of it! Take time to enjoy it when you can.
- Check the mechanics. Without proper sleep, food and exercise you will deteriorate. Looking after your body well isn’t selfish or vain – it’s common sense.
- Stop banging your head against the wall. If you habitually encounter situations where you feel frustrated and unable to change anything, it might be helpful to avoid them or alter your response.
- Learn to laugh more. Research has shown that laughter can help you recover quicker from illness, allow you to cope better with life’s dramas and generally improve your health.
- Express your feelings. You are allowed to express them. Learn to talk more about how you feel.
- Know what you want. Look ahead and plan where you want to be doing. Give your life direction.
- Manage your relationships. Unless you put in some time and effort relationships will decay and fall apart.
- Manage your time effectively. Allow time for yourself, leisure interests, family, love, fun, work, travel, study, solitude, rest, and more fun.
- Look for choice. There are always two ways (at least) of doing anything.
- Develop yourself. You are not a static being. Develop new interests and new friends. Study new things, improve your education. Read lots.
- Be flexible in your thinking. Don’t get stuck in routines or habits. The more unconventional and unpredictable you are, the more you develop and grow mentally.
- Set yourself standards. Strive for quality and improvement in your intellectual standards so that you remain interesting and vibrant.
- Be aware of what you are. You are a complex being made up of emotions, physical parts, mental processes, and a spiritual quality. We all need to devote some time to all three aspects of ourselves.
Studies show that people with a good sense of humour experience less tiredness, anger and stress than those without it.

Oops! i forgot....well anyway, here i'll share one of the inspiring story who made his first million..in his life!
here it goes...
RATNAKAR Gutte may not have read Jeffrey Archer's As The Crow Flies, but anyone who listens to him talking about his career cannot help but compare him with Charlie Trumper, the protagonist of the novel. Though unlike Trumper, Gutte, CMD of Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. (SHEL), a Rs 300-crore company, is in the business of erection and maintenance of thermal power plants. But the striking similarity lies in both Gutte and Trumper starting it from scratch, and making it big without formal education.
Gutte, after passing 10th standard from Daithanaghat, a small village in Beed District in Maharashtra, joined a contractor's firm as a labourer. "The salary that I earned was Rs 5 per day at that time," says Gutte, who was soon promoted to the position of welder and his salary doubled to Rs 10 per day. About a year later, Gutte was made chief foreman and was transferred to MP, where he was heading a 40-member team. "Soon after, I took up a job for BIW, a Bhuswal-based firm which was taking up contracts for Bhuswal thermal power plant," says Gutte. Now Gutte considered him self lucky as he earned Rs 1,200 per month.

RATNAKAR GUTTE CMD, Sunil Hitech Engineers
Like every Sunday in 1984, Gutte had gone to watch a film with his wife, when opportunity knocked on his door. "I still remember watching Vishwanathwhen Shatrughan Sinha delivered his famous dialogue when the screen went blank and my name was announced. I was surprised that the owner of the firm that I worked in, Vinod Jain, had come to meet me," recalls Gutte. Jain proposed something to which Gutte could not deny. An opportunity to become a contractor for the firm, with a guarantee that if Gutte makes losses, it would be borne by the company. "This was the first contract I took up for the thermal power plant, after which I kept getting small contracts and my salary now touched around Rs 3,000 per month," recalls Gutte. He then started a small company called Sunil Engineering Works (SEW), which started taking small contracts. Later in 2005, it was incorporated in SHEL.
However, it was not till 1994 that Gutte says he made his first million. "A top official from BHEL called me for a meeting. I came to know that I was awarded a Rs 2.85 crore contract to create a structure for the company in Vidharbha district, and then I never looked back," says Gutte.
Post 1995, Gutte started bidding for national tenders floated by NTPC and BHEL and erected NTPC's thermal power plants at Vindhyachal, Suratgarh, Panipat and Khapadkheda. "I was one of the top subcontractors for BHEL and NTPC," he claims. SHEL, which is now an ISO 9001:2000 company, specialises in putting up high-precision thermal power plants and have also forayed into infrastructure development for the steel industry and hydro-power projects. "Hard work is the only key to my success, but often I feel, had I been little more educated, I would have been able to achieve much more. That is why I made it sure that both my sons are given proper opportunity for education," he says.
Gutte's elder son Sunil is an engineer, while younger son Vijay is an MBA and both of them are now part of SEW's management. The company, which has about 1,200 employees, gives an additional Rs 300 to all employees so that they can support their children's education. The company is believed to be in talks with an Oman-based company for a major order. If it gets through, this would be the first order for SEW from outside India. But the story does not end here for Gutte. He says, "We have just come half way, there is a long way to go. We would be closing around Rs 500 crore as our turnover for this year, and are aiming to become a Rs 2,000-crore company by 2010."
i hope after reading this story you too might felt why can't we doit...Yes, We Can doit! and We Will!

- In the burning heart
- The eye of the Tiger
- No easy way out
- Sweetest Victory
After listening to them I’m sure you too fell in love with those sweet songs!.

Oops! i forgot to tell you...while listening these 1st two songs ...please close your eyes...and focus on the words keenly...just concentrate..and forget the world:)
- In the burning heart :
This song is my most favourite unarguably.... I can say even the best ….the song which always given me strength to overcome so many hurdles in my life…, The song which inspired even continuously inspiring me to go for many things considering my circumstances …so, I’m very fortunate enough to watch one of the greatest movie of Stallone’s. But irony is it took me almost a year to post on my blog…of course, it might be late but not gone astray. As we all know Good Things Come in Small Packages. J
Bythway here I also posted the lyrics of the song which gives you more feel and thrust while listening the song …makes you involve with more focus and probably forget the world and feel like you the only soul who exists.
Every word in lyrics is just awesome...i'm just loss of words..:-) to express my feelings!
Two worlds collide
Rival nations
It's a primitive clash
Venting years of frustrations
Bravely we hope
Against all hope
There is so much at stake
Seems our freedom's up
Against the ropes
Does the crowd understand?
Is it East versus West
Or man against man
Can any nation stand alone
CHORUS
In the burning Heart
Just about to burst
There's a quest for answers
An unquenchable thirst
In the darkest night
Rising like a spire
In the burning heart
The unmistakable fire
In the burning heart
In the warriors code
There's no surrender
Though his body says stop
His spirit cries - never!
Deep in our soul
A quiet ember
Know it's you against you
It's the paradox
That drives us on
It's a battle of wills
In the heat of attack
It's the passion that kills
The victory is yours alone
CHORUS (sing chorus 3 times)
In the burning heart
- The eye of the Tiger:
"Eye of the Tiger", REALLY, brings a (rare) smile to my (oft-sullen) face!! This occurs, when I APPLY, its' inspiring lyrics to my life...
"Just a man, and his WILL, to survive"
"Rising up, to the challenge, of our rivals" (my desires, impecuniousness & fear)
I'm STEELING my mind, to rise up, and meet the challenge that "Doubt” presents!! This encouraging song helps me out IMMENSELY!! I can't believe that I'd just about, totally forgotten this song.
But when I heard it again, I was OVERWHELMED, with JOY and INSPIRATION!! This ENTIRE album is both, Timeless AND Priceless!! Admittedly, I had no idea that Survivor made so MANY, other quality songs!! However” Eye" transcends, merely being a” song" to me...It's been my lifes' THEME.
Here’s the lyrics of the song:
Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive
So many times, it happens too fast
You change your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive
Chorus:
It's the eye of the tiger, it's the cream of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge of our rival
And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night
And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger
Face to face, out in the heat
Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry
They stack the odds 'til we take to the street
For we kill with the skill to survive
Chorus
Risin' up, straight to the top
Have the guts, got the glory
Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop
Just a man and his will to survive
Chorus
The eye of the tiger (repeats out)...
3. No easy way out:
Well the music is good; it may not rise to the heights of inspiration of the first two songs. But amazing inspiration it does give and gets me going all the time... J
Here's the lyrics of song:
We're not indestructible,
Baby better get that straight.
I think it's unbelievable,
How you give into the hands of fate.
Some things are worth fighting for,
Some feelings never die.
I'm not asking for another chance,
I just wanna know why.
(Chorus)
There's no easy way out,
There's no shortcut home.
There's no easy way out,
Giving in can't be wrong.
I don't wanna pacify you,
I don't wanna drag you down.
But I'm Feeling like a prisoner,
Like A Strange in a no-name town.
I see all the angry faces,
Afraid that could be you and me.
Talking about what might have been,
Thinking about what it used to be.
(Chorus)
There's no easy way out,
There's no shortcut home.
There's no easy way out,
Giving in can't be wrong.
Baby Baby we can shed this skin,
We can know how we feel inside.
Instead of going down an endless road,
Not knowing if we're dead or alive.
Some things are worth fighting for,
Some feelings never die.
I'm not asking for another chance,
I just wanna know why.
(Chorus)
There's no easy way out,
There's no shortcut home.
There's no easy way out,
givin in, givin in, can't be wrong.
4. Sweetest Victory:
Here’s comes a song which gives a relief for the person who wins at last his battle against all the odds …J right now I’m really waiting for my victory in life …..In short run. I just wanna win this CAT battle…J I’m sure I come out with bang!
Here’s lyrics of the song:
Deepest cut that can be healed
By the gun...or by the sword:
It's hope that you can turn yourself
Outside at the end of the war
The cold sweat sticks...to your heart.
Your mouth gets drier and drier.
The battle inside rages on.
Your pulse races higher and higher.
CHORUS
Sweetest Victory; I love you more than life itself.
Sweetest Victory; you give me strength to know myself.
Oh, Sweet Victory; my soul is yours and the glory is mine.
Sweetest Victory; the far-off stars will always shine.
The tooth like nails rip me up.
I can make it disappear.
Time to forget has passed me by.
There's no place to hide my fear.
Hate and pain filled me up.
Every minute takes longer and longer.
I bead of sweat 'cause drops of blood
Makes me stronger and stronger.
Chorus repeats.....
